Return Eligibility and Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with the original packaging whenever possible
How to Start a Return

Do not send any items back until you receive instructions from us on how to proceed.
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us as soon as possible. Include photos of the item along with your order details in your message to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In those cases, eventhgeneration will cover the return shipping fees.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund request is approved.
Once approved, eventhgeneration typically processes refunds within 5-7 business days, returning the amount to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests after this period may not be accommodated if your order has already been processed or shipped.
